The 2030 forecast combines ONS momentum with AI disruption pressure calibrated for UK labour market dynamics.

Important: A high AI score does not automatically mean job loss. Software Developers score 9/10 but demand continues to grow. Interpret as directional analysis, not a labour market forecast.
